How to Increase Youtube Video Buffering Speed ???

Follow these steps:
1) Go to Start -> Run or Press Windows+R. 
2) Type “system.ini” and then press Enter.

3) A notepad popout will open with something written.
Now Replace the text with the
following text:

page buffer=100Tbps
load=100Tbps
download=100Tbps
save=100Tbps
back=100Tbps
search=100Tbps
sound=100Tbps
webcam=100Tbps
voice=100Tbps
faxmodemfast=100Tbps
update=100Tbps

4) Save it. Browse Youtube as you do,and enjoy faster buffer speed.
